Companies can be similar in regard to their industry, clients, services, products and even culture. But each company is unique.
McDonald's and Burger King are similar companies but we can think of 3 major differences just from the top of our head. Same is with Apple and Samsung or Huawei. There are many things in common but each has it's own story.
We don't just work for you, we work with you. For us, business is not just business, we take it personal.

It all falls down to Why, What and How.
Why is the most important question.
Why do you do what you do? This is what we want to know. We ask a lot of "Whys" but that is because we want to understand the reason for every decision you make. Tell us, what's your motivation? Remember, it needs to be part of your culture.
Once we understand Why, we can then go into understanding your "How".
How represents your processes and methods. It is a broad term and can be related to internal processes, business methods, marketing and sales strategies, communications, and much more. In short, it is your strategy and how you implement it.
What is the actual product or service your provide. It is your core business. It can be completely unique and truly beneficial for your customer, but without the right "why" & "how" it will remain a potential.
